Goliath Sheet Vinyl Flooring

Goliath is a thick, cushioned sheet vinyl from Tarkett, made for busy homes. At 4.5mm it feels comfortable underfoot, and a protective surface and embossed textured finish help it stand up to everyday wear. Tarkett describes its surface protection as making Goliath seven times harder than ordinary vinyl flooring.

Choosing the right width

Goliath comes in 2m, 3m and 4m widths. As a rule of thumb, 2m suits smaller rooms such as cloakrooms and bathrooms, 3m suits many kitchens and bedrooms, and 4m suits larger or open-plan rooms. A wider roll often means fewer joins, and we’ll recommend the best width when we measure.

Fitting and preparation

Vinyl follows the surface beneath it, so the subfloor should be clean, dry, smooth and level before fitting. Our fitters check this during the free measure and will tell you if any preparation is needed.
