Comfytex Deluxe Sheet Vinyl Flooring

Comfytex Deluxe is a sheet vinyl built around comfort. Its Luxatex backing gives a soft, warm and quiet feel underfoot, and the designs reproduce wood, stone and tile looks without the cold, hard surface of the real thing. It comes with a 0.40mm wear layer and a 15-year warranty, so it’s made to last in busy family homes.

Key features

• Luxatex backing for a comfortable, quiet and warm feel underfoot
• Wood, stone and tile effect designs
• 2.8mm thick sheet vinyl with a 0.40mm wear layer
• R10 slip resistance and an embossed textured finish
• PROTEKT anti-bacterial protection, which the manufacturer designs not to wash or wear off
• Suitable for all areas of the home
• 15-year warranty, subject to the manufacturer’s terms

Fitting over an existing floor

Comfytex Deluxe is designed to be installed over a wide range of existing floors, which may avoid the need to lift your old floor. The existing floor still has to be suitable, so our fitters check it during the free measure and tell you honestly what’s needed.

Choosing the right width

Comfytex Deluxe comes in 2m, 3m and 4m widths. As a rule of thumb, 2m suits smaller rooms such as cloakrooms and bathrooms, 3m suits many kitchens and bedrooms, and 4m suits larger or open-plan rooms. A wider roll often means fewer joins, and we’ll recommend the best width when we measure.
